Essential Free Healthcare for 45 Working Equines
We were delighted and grateful to welcome the Animal Action Hellas Equine Care Team to Amorgos for their 13th annual mission. During this visit, the team provided free specialized veterinary, dental, and farriery care, along with essential guidance for local equine owners.
A total of 45 equines received professional care—including 30 donkeys, 8 mules, and 7 horses—across seven island villages: Katapola, Langada, Tholaria, Ormos, Potamos, Chora, and Vroutsi.
